1. Where can I use Multi-Purpose Cream?
Multi-Purpose Cream comes in a wide range of shades to suit different looks and application areas. Recommended application areas vary by shade. If you’re unsure whether a particular shade is suitable for cheeks, eyes or lips, contact our customer care team for guidance. When applying around the eyes, avoid direct contact with the eyes and keep away from the waterline.
2. Why is the packaging designed to be compact?
The compact, portable design makes it easy to carry with you for everyday touch-ups. Check the version and net weight before choosing yours. How long it lasts depends on how often you use it, how much you apply and where you apply it.
3. What’s the difference between Classic, Radiant and Silky, and which should I choose?
Classic has a smooth cream texture and a natural finish, with 1.5g in each compact. The new Radiant version features a blendable cream texture for a fresh, dewy glow, while Silky has a cream-to-powder texture for a soft-matte finish. Radiant and Silky each contain 2g. All three offer versatile, buildable color—choose the texture and finish you love, then apply in light layers.
4. How do I choose my first shade?
Start with the look you love and explore our four shade families:
- The Perfect Muted: Soft, muted tones for a subtle, natural-looking flush.
- Neutral Tone: Balanced, neutral shades for everyday looks.
- Anti-Blush Trendmakers: Distinctive brown- and gray-toned shades for a more unconventional look.
- The Blush Blush: Pink and rose tones for a fresh, rosy flush.
Once you’ve chosen a shade family, consider your skin tone and undertone. Look for on-skin swatches on people with similar coloring, rather than relying on the color in the compact alone.
5. Why does the color look different on me than in the photos?
Your skin tone, undertone, natural lip color, base makeup and the amount you apply can all affect how a shade looks. Lighting and screen settings can also change how colors appear. Compare a few on-skin swatches, then try a light layer in natural light and build to your preferred intensity.
6. How should I apply it to get the color payoff I want?
You can use clean fingertips, a brush or a sponge. Fingertips are great for quick tapping and blending, a brush gives you more control over placement, and a sponge helps soften the edges. For shades suitable for lips, a clean lip brush can help define the shape.Start with a sheer layer for a natural flush. For stronger color payoff, tap on a little more where needed, blending each layer before deciding whether to add more. If the result still feels too subtle, consider a shade with more contrast against your skin tone.
7. Should I apply it before or after foundation? Do I need to set it?
For everyday makeup, apply after foundation and before setting powder. Gently tap to blend rather than rubbing back and forth. To preserve a luminous finish, use a light touch of powder only where you tend to get oily.
8. What if the cream feels firm at first and is difficult to pick up?
Gently swirl a clean fingertip over the surface, letting the warmth of your finger soften the top layer. Pick up a small amount, then tap to blend. There’s no need to scrape off the surface or heat the product directly. If it’s still difficult to use, contact our customer care team so we can help check the product’s condition.
9. What if it looks dry, settles into lines or starts to flake?
Try using less product and tapping it onto moisturized skin. Avoid rubbing or repeatedly layering over the same area, and go easy on setting powder over dry patches. For lips, apply a thin layer of lip balm and gently blot away any excess before adding color. If noticeable dryness or discomfort persists, stop using it on that area.
10. How well does it wear? Will I need touch-ups?
Applying thin layers and setting areas prone to oil or friction can help your makeup stay in place. Wear time varies depending on your skin type, the weather, where you apply it and your daily activities. Touch up lips as needed after eating or drinking. For cheeks, gently blot away excess oil before tapping on a little more color.
11. Does it help blur the look of pores and skin texture?
Its soft-focus finish helps soften the appearance of pores and skin texture, leaving your makeup looking smoother and more refined.
12. Are all three versions suitable for sensitive skin?
Yes. All three versions are suitable for sensitive skin, with a focus on gentle, comfortable application. Everyone’s skin is different, so we recommend testing on a small area before first use or when switching versions. Stop use if irritation occurs.
13. Can I mix shades and finishes?
Yes. Start with a sheer layer of one shade, then add another where you want more depth or dimension. You can also use Silky as your base color and tap a little Radiant onto the cheekbones for added glow. Build in light layers and avoid mixing too many shades at once.
