1. Before use, gently circle the surface of the balm with your finger to melt it with your fingertip's warmth.
2. Dip your finger into the balm and apply a small amount to lips, eyes, and cheeks. Blend with a makeup sponge.

Tips: Balm products are oil-based and should be used after foundation and before setting. For better results as lipstick, use a blending brush. It's recommended to set with a setting spray.
